Psychological contract and work outcomes during COVID-19 pandemic

Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were used to assess the factor structure of the 41-item inventory, which measures three higher-order dimensions. The findings provide evidence of the validity and reliability of the PCIOI as a measure for the digital mindset psychological contract, but further research is needed to validate its usefulness in the digital era.
