Electroless Deposited Nickel Thin Films Alloyed with Thorium

Electro- and Electroless Deposition of Rhenium from Reline Deep Eutectic Solvent

A Study on the Effect of Lawsone as Complexing Agent in the Electroless Zn-P Deposition

The results show that increasing the volume of additives can improve the inclusion rate of the electroless Zn-P alloy coating. The presence of Lawsone in the alkaline bath is confirmed using UV-A spectroscopic absorption rate. The influence of Lawsone as a complexing agent on the Zn-P electroless coating is tested using SEM, EDAX, AFM, XRD, and corrosion studies.

Electroless Deposition of Pure Co on TaN Substrate for Interconnect Metallization

A flexible IrO2 membrane for pH sensing

Flexible PET substrate coated with V2O5 film with porous network prepared by EPLSD method

Direct Electrooxidation Synthesis of Nickel Hypophosphite and Its Application in Electroless Nickel Plating

Summary: The electrochemical behavior of nickel in hypophosphorous acid solution was investigated using polarization curve and cyclic voltammetry techniques. The synthesized nickel hypophosphite was used for electroless nickel plating. The results showed that the anodic oxidation process of nickel in the hypophosphorous acid solution includes various regions such as active, active-passive, passive, transpassive and oxygen evolution regions. By controlling the reaction conditions and using a specific electrolyte, a nickel plating layer with a more compact surface, higher phosphorus content, and better corrosion resistance was obtained.

Electroless Plating Cycle Process for High-Conductivity Flexible Printed Circuits
