Tomotaka Shimura et al.

Summary: Immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4)-related disease can cause lesions in various systemic organs. This study reports a case of suspected IgG4-related disease with abnormal auditory ossicles found in temporal bone computed tomography (CT) and infiltration of IgG4-positive plasma cells in the auditory ossicles tissue. This is the first case report of suspected IgG4-related disease with pathological changes mainly in the auditory ossicles.
