In this study, the creation and testing of a prototype for recording fluorescence from microfluidic chips during the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is considered. The paper presents the characteristics of the main elements used to create the layout of the fluorescence detection device. Results from experiments testing the performance of mock-up elements and microfluidic chips are presented. The operability of the assembled layout was demonstrated during real-time PCR reaction.
