This paper analyzes the physical layer characteristics of a wireless backhaul network in Berlin through ray-optical channel predictions and link-level simulations.
In this paper, physical layer characteristics are analyzed for a wireless backhaul network in Berlin via ray-optical channel predictions and link-level simulations. Incorporating a mapping of the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) to a modulation and coding scheme, the link level simulation provides the cumulative density function of the SINR, bit error rate and effective data rate.
