Analysis of Enablers to Implement Ergonomic Interventions in Indian Manufacturing Industry: A Multi-criteria Decision-making Approach

Summary: The study aimed to identify and prioritize the enablers for implementing ergonomics intervention practices in Indian glass artware industries. Nineteen enablers were identified from literature review and 16 important enablers were screened with the fuzzy Delphi method. The results showed that stringent legal requirements from the government and management support were the main drivers for implementing ergonomics intervention practices.
