ON PUSHED WAVEFRONTS OF MONOSTABLE EQUATION WITH UNIMODAL DELAYED REACTION

Karel Hasik et al.

Summary: The study focuses on the Mackey-Glass type monostable delayed reaction diffusion equation with a unimodal birth function g(u) in the presence of a weak Allee effect. Through analyzing small delays and using a representative piece-wise linear unimodal birth function, it was found that increasing delay could potentially disrupt stable pushed fronts, and for each delay value, the pushed wavefront is unique.
