This research calculated the weights of influencing factors like recharge head, temperature of recharge water, and recharge particle charge by combining experiments and numerical simulations. Computerized tomography was used to obtain a high precision internal pore grid of the medium, and a mathematical model was proposed to describe the movement of particles. The results showed that the temperature of recharge water greatly affects the occurrence and development of particle clogging in ground source heat pump systems.
Ground source heat pump systems are effective ways to utilize shallow geothermal energy resources, but particle clogging can cause problems during groundwater recharge. In this research the recharge head, temperature of recharge water and recharge particle charge were selected as influencing factors, and the weights of the influencing factors were calculated by combining experiments and numerical simulations. Computerized tomography (CT). was used to obtain an internal pore grid of the medium with high precision, and a mathematical model was proposed to describe the movement of particles in the internal pores of the saturated porous medium. A mathematical model was constructed to simulate particle deposition under the simultaneous action of multiple influencing factors. The results showed that it was feasible to obtain a micron-scale (mu m). pore grid by nondestructive testing and then apply it to describe the movement of particles in the pores of a real medium. According to the weight analysis, the temperature of recharge water greatly affects the occurrence and development of groundwater recharge particle clogging in ground source heat pump systems, and this influencing factor should be considered in the construction and operation of these systems.
