This paper investigates the value distribution of meromorphic functions in relation to difference polynomials and solves an open problem proposed by Zheng and Chen. By utilizing different methods, we enhance and extend some previous findings by Zheng and Chen, as well as Zhang and Huang.
In this paper, we study value distribution of meromorphic func-tions concerning difference polynomials and solve an open problem posed by Zheng and Chen [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 397 (2013)]. By using different meth-ods, we improve and extend some results due to Zheng and Chen [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 397 (2013)], Zhang and Huang [Chinese Ann. Math. Ser. A 40 (2019)].
