Effect of Annealing on Innovative CsPbI3-QDs Doped Perovskite Thin Films

Summary: The study demonstrates a simple hot-injection method to synthesize high-quality CsPbI3 quantum dots, which are added into CH3NH3PbI3 to form a composite film. The crystallization of the perovskite was effectively enhanced by annealing at different temperatures, with the tightest film observed at 140°C. The increased crystal size and reduced cluster crystals also led to enhanced intensity of the preferred peak in MAPbI(3).
