Awareness, knowledge and attitude toward influenza vaccination in several population groups in China: A cross-sectional study

Summary: This study aimed to comprehensively analyze the awareness, knowledge, and attitudes towards influenza vaccination among different populations in China and evaluate the factors influencing vaccine acceptance. The results showed gaps between awareness and knowledge, as well as willingness and actual vaccination. Healthcare workers and health administrators were more inclined to accept influenza vaccines. Lower educational level and older age were associated with lower vaccine acceptance. Past vaccination experience and awareness of related programs were positively associated with future vaccination. Insufficient budget resources, workforce, and low public awareness were identified as major difficulties in promoting influenza vaccination.

Digital intervention increases influenza vaccination rates for people with diabetes in a decentralized randomized trial
