Summary: Quinolone antibiotic residues norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin are frequently detected in surface water and food, posing a significant threat to the health of animals and humans. This study synthesized novel viologen-functionalized Ln(III) complexes, which exhibited reversible photochromism and excellent pH tolerance. These complexes were successfully applied as fluorescent probes for the detection of norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin, and demonstrated potential applications in dual-function paper for erasable inkless printing and detection.

Summary: In this study, Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) technology was applied to the detection of quinolone antibiotics, and a combination of magnetic COF-based SERS substrate and machine learning algorithms was used for their classification and quantification. The classification accuracy of the spectral dataset reached 100%. This provides a new method for the detection of antibiotics in dairy products.

Discriminative and quantitative color-coding analysis of fluoroquinolones with dual-emitting lanthanide metal-organic frameworks

A polynomial surface fitting process was developed for quantitative analysis by correlating the coordinates of the color-coding map with target concentrations. Post-modified metal-organic framework as ratiometric fluorescence-scattering probe for trace ciprofloxacin residue based on competitive coordination
