Summary: This study reports alterations in Pacinian corpuscles in patients with plantar fibromatosis. Compared to normal individuals, patients with plantar fibromatosis showed a significant increase in the number of Pacinian corpuscles, as well as abnormal structure and immunohistochemical profile.
