Insomnia symptoms and non-suicidal self-injury in adolescence: understanding temporal relations and mechanisms

The results suggest that depressive symptoms mediate the relationship between insomnia and increased NSSI, but worry and rumination do not mediate the link between NSSI and increased insomnia.
