Simulation-based learning for Rabbi-teachers dealing with conflicts in education

Summary: School rabbi-teachers have dual roles in religious education and daily routines, leading to conflicts. A new simulation-based learning method was found to improve conflict resolution skills, but not overall conflict management ability, for rabbi-teachers. The unique role of school rabbi-teachers and the need for specific conflict management training were discussed.
