Axillary chylous fistula is a rare complication of breast cancer treatment, which can be effectively managed with conservative treatment.
The axillar dissection is one of the pillars of the breast cancer treatment. Postsurgical axillary chylous fistula is a rare complication. As suggested in the literature the conservative treatment with pharmaco-dietary measures, reserving the surgical option as a second line. We present a case of a patient with right axillar chylous fistula with a correct clinical evolution with conservative management.(c) 2023 SESPM. Published by Elsevier Espana, S.L.U.
