The sensor design incorporates a dual hexagonal lattice of air holes, using titanium dioxide and gold as plasmonic materials. The sensor's performance was evaluated in terms of wavelength sensitivity, amplitude sensitivity, sensor resolution, linearity of resonance wavelength, and figure of merit.
