Design and implementation of XOR logic circuit based on generalized memristor

Fenghu Jiang et al.

Summary: This paper proposes a new XOR circuit structure using a first-order generalized memristor, a voltage follower, and a difference amplifier. The dynamic behaviors of the first-order generalized memristor model vary with different input voltages, and the non-polarity of the memristor is proven through comparative analysis of its mathematical model and physical structure. With the non-polarity of the memristor, the XOR circuit is designed and implemented in hardware, and the influence of the memristor's parameters on circuit characteristics is discussed.

Memristor Neural Networks for Linear and Quadratic Programming Problems

Mauro Di Marco et al.

Summary: This article introduces a new class of memristor neural networks (NNs) for real-time solving of quadratic programming (QP) and linear programming (LP) problems. The networks, called memristor programming NNs (MPNNs), utilize filamentary-type memristors for constraint satisfaction and smooth memristors for result memorization. The MPNNs operate in the flux-charge domain, allowing for reduced power consumption and exploiting the nonlinearity of the memristors.
