Study of the projected sensitivity on the anomalous quartic gauge couplings via Zγγ production at the CLIC

V Ari et al.

Summary: By studying the process of e+e- -> Z gamma gamma at the Compact Linear Collider (CLIC), we can gain insights into the gauge structure of the Standard Model (SM) and possibly identify new physics beyond the SM. Our results show that better limits on the couplings can be achieved with improved systematic error. The sensitivity of the anomalous quartic couplings can be significantly improved with initial electron beam polarization.

Probing neutral triple gauge couplings at the LHC and future hadron colliders

John Ellis et al.

Summary: This paper studies the detection of probes of neutral triple gauge couplings (nTGCs) at the LHC and proposed e+e- colliders, and compares their sensitivity reaches. The nTGCs provide a unique avenue to explore new physics beyond the Standard Model and can arise from SM effective field theory operators at dimension-8 or higher. The paper derives the neutral triple gauge vertices (nTGVs) generated by these operators and analyzes the sensitivity reaches of the LHC and future 100 TeV hadron colliders for probing the nTGCs. The results show that a 100 TeV pp collider could provide the most sensitive probes of the nTGCs.

Sensitivity of anomalous quartic gauge couplings via Zγ γ production at future hadron-hadron colliders

A. Senol et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the sensitivities of dimension-8 anomalous couplings related to quartic vertices in the effective field theory framework. The study focuses on the pp->Z gamma gamma signal process with Z-boson decaying to charged leptons at the high luminosity phase of LHC (HL-LHC) and future facilities. By analyzing the signal and relevant backgrounds using a cut based method with Monte Carlo event sampling, the researchers found that the sensitivity on anomalous quartic couplings at 95% C.L. for FCC-hh without systematic errors is significantly better than the current experimental limits.

Future projections on the anomalous WWγγ couplings in hadron-hadron interactions at the FCC-hh

A. Gutierrez-Rodriguez et al.

Summary: In this study, we investigate the anomalous quartic WW gamma gamma couplings in the pp -> WW gamma gamma process at the FCC-hh using a dimension-eight effective field theory. The sensitivity of the FCC-hh to these couplings is determined through measurements of WW gamma gamma production. Our results show that the FCC-hh has a great potential to search for the anomalous couplings and new physics.

Triphoton production at hadron colliders in NNLO QCD

Stefan Kallweit et al.

Summary: In this study, NNLO QCD corrections to the production of three isolated photons in hadronic collisions are presented at the fully differential level. The importance of NNLO corrections for describing ATLAS 8TeV data and future precision studies of triphoton production at higher collision energies is demonstrated through numerical results. The study confirms the indispensability of NNLO corrections for achieving accurate predictions in high-energy physics experiments.

SENSITIVITY REACH ON ANOMALOUS HIGGS COUPLINGS VIA TRIPHOTON PRODUCTION FOR THE POST-LHC CIRCULAR HIGH-ENERGY HADRON COLLIDERS

H. Denizli et al.

Summary: The potential of triphoton production to limit anomalous Higgs boson couplings at H gamma gamma and H Z gamma vertices is studied in the StanHigh-Energy LHC (HE-LHC) and Low-Energy FCC (LE-FCC). Constraints on the Wilson coefficients of dimension-six operators are obtained through optimized cuts on the kinematics of three photons and their invariant mass. The results are reported without systematic error at 95% confidence level and compared with LHC results.
