Summary: A novel resource allocation strategy is proposed in this paper by utilizing a dynamic event-triggered scheme and a time base generator, achieving fast allocation and saving communication resources. This strategy has the advantages of fully distributed implementation, predesigned convergence time, and economy of communication resources, as validated by theoretical analysis and numerical simulations.
