Effectiveness of Coenzyme Q10 Supplementation for Reducing Fatigue: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials

The results showed that compared to placebo groups, the CoQ10 group had significantly reduced fatigue scores. Treatment of epilepsy for people with Alzheimer's disease
