Analysis on the Controllability of Hilfer Fractional Neutral Differential Equations with Almost Sectorial Operators and Infinite Delay via Measure of Noncompactness

C. S. Varun Bose et al.

Summary: In this paper, a new set of sufficient conditions for the controllability of Hilfer fractional neutral differential systems with almost sectorial operator and infinite delay is formulated. The controllability of the system is shown using the M N C and the Monch's fixed point theorem. Finally, the results are extended to the controllability of the system with nonlocal conditions, and some applications are provided to demonstrate how the major results might be applied.

An Infinite System of Fractional Sturm-Liouville Operator with Measure of Noncompactness Technique in Banach Space

Ahmed Salem et al.

Summary: In this paper, an appropriate quantity connected to the space of all convergent sequences is introduced and shown to be a measure of noncompactness in a Banach space. The fixed point theorems of Darbo and Meir-Keeler are used to discuss the existence of a solution to an infinite system of fractional Sturm-Liouville operators based on this quantity. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the application of the main finding in the study.

Controllability for Fractional Evolution Equations with Infinite Time-Delay and Non-Local Conditions in Compact and Noncompact Cases

Ahmed Salem et al.

Summary: The goal of this dissertation is to investigate a system of fractional evolution equations with infinitesimal generator operators and an infinite time delay with non-local conditions. Two methods are found to regulate the solution. Krasnoselskii's theorem in the compactness case and the Sadvskii and Kuratowski measure of noncompactness are commonly used to demonstrate the controllability of mild solutions. A fractional Caputo approach is used in this model with an order between 1 and 2. The families of linear operators cosine and sine, which are strongly continuous and uniformly bounded, are utilized to achieve the mild solution. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the applicability of the results.

C. S. Varun Bose et al.

Summary: This paper focuses on the existence of mild solutions for Hilfer fractional differential inclusions with almost sectorial operators. By utilizing results in fractional calculus, sectorial operators, semigroup theory, and Dhage's fixed point theorem, the primary results are proven. An example is presented to illustrate the obtained theory.

Fractional order modelling of omicron SARS-CoV-2 variant containing heart attack effect using real data from the United Kingdom

Fatma Ozkose et al.

Summary: This study presents a new approach to studying the COVID-19 pandemic and analyzes the relationship between the Omicron variant and heart attacks. By using a fractional order pandemic model and real data, important results such as the basic reproduction number and parameter estimation are obtained. Numerical simulations show that the risk of heart attacks will decrease as the cases of Omicron decrease.

Fractional Evolution Equations with Infinite Time Delay in Abstract Phase Space

Ahmed Salem et al.

Summary: In this research, the uniqueness and existence of a mild solution for a fractional system of semilinear evolution equations with infinite delay and an infinitesimal generator operator are demonstrated. The model is established using the generalized Liouville-Caputo derivative of non-integer-order 1 < alpha <= 2 and a parameter 0 < rho < 1. The mild solution is obtained using the rho-Laplace transform and strongly continuous cosine and sine families of uniformly bounded linear operators. The Leray-Schauder alternative theorem and Banach contraction principle are used to prove the mild solution's existence and uniqueness in abstract phase space. The results are applied to the fractional wave equation.

Analysis of Hilfer Fractional Integro-Differential Equations with Almost Sectorial Operators

Kulandhaivel Karthikeyan et al.

Summary: In this work, we investigate a class of nonlocal integro-differential equations involving Hilfer fractional derivatives and almost sectorial operators, proving results using Schauder's fixed point technique. The fundamental properties of the representation of the solution are shown by discussing two cases related to the associated semigroup, considering compactness and noncompactness properties. An example is given to illustrate the obtained theory.
