Summary: This study conducted 26 patients who underwent office-based procedures for recurrent respiratory papillomatosis, unilateral vocal fold paralysis, and glottic leukoplakias in Italy. Local anesthesia was administered through the operative channel, and narrow band imaging or i-scan was used to enhance the accuracy of biopsy. Laryngeal injections and laser treatment were also performed during the procedures. No major complications occurred.
