Recent trends of multi-source and non-destructive information for quality authentication of herbs and spices

Rapid authentication of different herbal medicines by heating online extraction electrospray ionization mass spectrometry

Comparison of NIR and Raman spectra combined with chemometrics for the classification and quantification of mung beans (Vigna radiata L.) of different origins

Hyperspectral imaging in combination with data fusion for rapid evaluation of tilapia fillet freshness
