Balanced bandgap, dielectric constant, and electrical conductivity of the deposition layer are crucial for suppressing charge injection. The optimized design with a polyetherimide film and Al2O3 deposition layers achieves high energy density and charge-discharge efficiency at temperatures up to 200 degrees C, rivaling expensive composite approaches.
