The study found that both internal and external SSCM practices had a positive influence on the financial, environmental, and social performance of the companies. Additionally, the sustainable performance indicators (environmental, financial, and social) positively affected quality assurance. This study provides recommendations for food companies in Thailand to adopt SSCM practices.
