Left ventricular-only fusion pacing versus cardiac resynchronization therapy in heart failure patients: A randomized controlled trial

Summary: This study compared the effects of adaptive left ventricular-only fusion pacing (LVP) and conventional biventricular pacing (BVP) on ventricular function in CRT-indicated patients. Results showed that LVP was comparable to BVP in improving cardiac function, with a significantly higher CRT super response rate in the LVP group compared to the BVP group.
