NSun2 regulates aneurysm formation by promoting autotaxin expression and T cell recruitment

Yutong Miao et al.

Summary: Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is characterized by inflammatory cell infiltration and aggravated by hyperhomocysteinemia. NSun2 deficiency attenuated elastase-induced and hyperhomocysteinemia-aggravated murine AAA by inhibiting T cell chemotaxis. Elevated levels of autotaxin (ATX) induced by homocysteine may lead to T cell migration in the vessel walls, exacerbating AAA pathogenesis.

Beyond conventional immune-checkpoint inhibition - novel immunotherapies for renal cell carcinoma

David A. Braun et al.

Summary: The management of advanced-stage renal cell carcinoma has been transformed by the development of immune-checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). However, most patients do not derive durable clinical benefit from these agents. Innovations in immunotherapy for RCC, including ICIs with novel targets, are now in clinical development.

m6A modification patterns and tumor immune landscape in clear cell renal carcinoma

Jiehui Zhong et al.

Summary: This study revealed the correlation between m(6)A modification and the tumor immune landscape in ccRCC patients. The m6Ascore was established to quantify the m(6)A modification pattern and was confirmed to be an independent prognostic factor for ccRCC. The findings provide a new approach for immunotherapeutic strategies in ccRCC patients.

m5C RNA Methylation Regulators Predict Prognosis and Regulate the Immune Microenvironment in Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Junfan Pan et al.

Summary: The study revealed that m5C regulators are associated with prognosis and immune-related effects in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), especially NSUN3 and NSUN4, which are closely related to the infiltration of CD8+ T cells and neutrophils.
