Modelling the relationship between Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation barriers, usage and awareness on building project lifecycle

Summary: This study examines the barriers to BIM implementation in building projects in developing countries and investigates their influence on BIM awareness during the project lifecycle. The findings indicate that cost and standards, process and economic, technology and business, and training and people are the most critical barriers to BIM implementation. Additionally, eliminating these barriers has a minor impact on knowledge throughout the project lifecycle.

Linking permissioned blockchain to Internet of Things (IoT)-BIM platform for off-site production management in modular construction

Semantic information alignment of BIMs to computer-interpretable regulations using ontologies and deep learning

Reducing Non-Value-Adding BIM Implementation Activities for Building Projects in Singapore: Leading Causes
