Practices of strength and conditioning coaches in Brazilian elite soccer

The results showed that the training and testing practices of Brazilian coaches are influenced by fixture schedules, extensive traveling distances, and socio-economic disparities between different regions. The findings can be used by Brazilian coaches and soccer organizations to develop training strategies and customize education programs, as well as by practitioners from other countries to design training programs tailored to Brazilian athletes.
