Cu2Se was exfoliated from foam copper in a Se-rich airflow, and the crystal phase and morphology of Cu2Se can be controlled by adjusting the exfoliation temperature. This study presents a novel strategy for the preparation of different crystal phases and morphologies of Cu2Se, which is simple and suitable for large-scale production.
In this work, Cu2Se was successfully exfoliated from foam copper in a Se-rich airflow, and the crystal phase and morphology of Cu2Se can be accurately regulated by controlling the exfoliation temperature. This investigation provides a novel strategy for the preparation of various crystal phases and morphologies of Cu2Se, which is very simple and convenient in accurate and large-scale production.
