We present the first survey of lichenicolous lichens and fungi in Monfragtie National Park, Caceres (Spain). Seven localities were visited, including the most characteristic ecosystems. Forty taxa were recorded, mostly on epiphytic lichens. Seven species are reported from the Iberian Peninsula for the first time: Acrernonium subeffusum, Cornutispora intermedia, Endococcus exerrans, Pronectria subimperspicua, Roselliniella cladoniae, Tremella cladoniae and Zwackhiornyces echinulatus. The species Arthonia pepei, growing on Parmelina cryptotiliacea, is described as new to science.
