In this study, the strong coupling constants of unobserved heavy axial tensor mesons to heavy vector and pseudoscalar pi and K mesons, as well as a heavy axial tensor to axial vector and light pseudoscalar pi and K-mesons vertices, have been investigated using the light cone QCD sum rules method. The obtained strong coupling constants are used to estimate the decay widths, which can potentially be validated in future experiments.
In this study, the strong coupling constants of the unobserved heavy axial tensor mesons to the heavy vector and pseudoscalar pi and K mesons, D2D*pi, Ds2D*K, B2B*pi, Bs2B*K as well as a heavy axial tensor to axial vector and light pseudoscalar pi and K-mesons, D2D1 pi, Ds2D1K, B2B1 pi, Bs2B1K vertices have been investigated within the light cone QCD sum rules method. Having obtained the strong coupling constants, we estimate the corresponding decay widths that will hopefully be verified in future experiments.
