Ranking Structured Objects with Graph Neural Networks

Clemens Damke et al.

Summary: RankGNNs, a combination of neural Learning to Rank methods and GNNs, are trained with pair-wise preferences between graphs, suitable for practical applications such as drug screening. Our proposed pair-wise RankGNN approach shows superior or at least comparable ranking performance compared to the naive point-wise baseline approach in empirical tests.
