Gold nanoparticle-based lateral flow immunoassay for the rapid and on-site detection of wheat allergen in milk

Summary: This study developed a sandwich ELISA and LFIA strips for the detection of wheat allergen in food. The sandwich ELISA showed a LOD of 60 ng/mL in negative milk with negligible cross-reactivity to other allergens, while the LFIA strips had a vLOD of 25 ng/mL. The LFIA strips were found to be an effective and reliable tool for on-site detection of wheat allergen in milk.

Highly sensitive immunochromatographic assay for simultaneous determination of azaperone and azaperol in pork
