Summary: This study found that higher adherence to the Mediterranean diet is significantly associated with a lower risk of Mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer's Disease. The results indicate the importance of adopting health-promoting lifestyle measures, such as following Mediterranean dietary patterns, in order to reduce the risk of Alzheimer's Disease.
