Stochastic Modelling of 13C NMR Spin Relaxation Experiments in Oligosaccharides

Sergio Rampino et al.

Summary: A new framework for describing relaxation processes in flexible macromolecules has been introduced, allowing for accurate results with minimal adjustable parameters across various molecular systems, especially in magnetic resonance experiments. By directly applying this method, successful evaluations of NMR relaxation parameters for peptides and oligosaccharides have been achieved, showing agreement with experimental data.
