Uniform spherical covalent organic frameworks (COFs) were synthesized at room temperature and used to immobilize horseradish peroxidase (HRP) with high loading capacity. The resulting HRP@COF displayed excellent reusability and enhanced tolerance to extreme conditions.
Uniform spherical covalent organic frameworks (COFs) were prepared at room temperature, which could immobilize horseradish peroxidase (HRP) with high loading capacity. The HRP@COF exhibited good reusability and enhanced tolerance to extreme circumstances.
