We present a rare case of a very old patient with acute myeloid leukemia and disseminated leukemia cutis, containing an NPM1 mutation. The patient achieved a long-lasting molecular complete remission with the azacitidine/venetoclax combination therapy, highlighting its potential value in such cases.
