However, the integration of IoT-centric sensors with other organizations brings security threats due to data openness. Data security and privacy are major concerns in the healthcare sector. Blockchain's immutability and transparency make it a viable option for secure storage and management of healthcare data. Nevertheless, the blockchain faces vulnerabilities such as Cloud Storage Server (CSS), consensus latency, majority attacks, Byzantine problem, and uncomfortable data throughput (TP). To address these drawbacks, a secure IoT solution called BIQBA-BCN is introduced, ensuring the sincerity and equity of health data exchange. The proposed methodology achieves a 94% effective security level, protecting data confidentiality and dependability with the use of cryptographic techniques.
