A comprehensive overview of software product management challenges

This article explores the problems that affect the software product management process and evaluates their perceived frequency and severity. The study found that determining the true value of customer needs, frequent changes in strategy and priorities, technical debt, working in silos, and balancing reactive and proactive work are the most common problems.
