Summary: In this study, a new model for software project scheduling is developed, which takes into account the experience evolution and learning ability of employees as a dynamic multi-objective optimization problem. The experimental results show that the developed model can significantly reduce project duration while staying within budget, and it outperforms other algorithms in comparison.
