A series of novel high-performance energetic metal-organic frameworks and energetic salts were synthesized, characterized, and fully investigated. The comprehensive physiochemical properties of the synthesized substances were evaluated through various measurements and simulations. The relationships between the molecular structures of the compounds and their thermal stabilities, mechanical sensitivities, and detonation performance were thoroughly discussed.
