Comprehensive Analysis of DMRT3 as a Potential Biomarker Associated with the Immune Infiltration in a Pan-Cancer Analysis and Validation in Lung Adenocarcinoma

Donghong Yang et al.

Summary: Doublesex and Mab-3 related Transcription Factor 3 (DMRT3) is associated with the prognosis of some tumors. This study comprehensively explored the clinical and immunological characteristics of DMRT3 and found that it is aberrantly expressed in various cancers. DMRT3 may promote tumorigenesis and progression via different mechanisms and can be used as a therapeutic target for cancer treatment in humans.

Comprehensive Analysis of the Expression, Prognosis, and Biological Significance of OVOLs in Breast Cancer

Jingsheng Chen et al.

Summary: The study revealed that OVOL1/2 were significantly higher expressed in breast cancer tissues compared to normal breast tissues, while OVOL3 expression correlated with tumor stage. High expression of OVOL1 was associated with shorter overall survival, indicating its potential as a prognostic marker. Pathway analysis showed OVOLs were related to axon guidance, thyroid hormone signaling pathway, and ubiquinone and other terpenoid-quinone biosynthesis.

Bioinformatics Analysis of KIF1A Expression and Gene Regulation Network in Ovarian Carcinoma

Xiaoyuan Lu et al.

Summary: KIF1A is highly expressed in OC tissues and is significantly correlated with tumor stage and age. High KIF1A expression predicts poor prognosis in OC, including overall survival and post-progression survival. GO and KEGG analysis suggest that KIF1A may play a potential role in biological processes related to chromatin remodeling, transcription, cytolysis, T cell proliferation, as well as immune signaling pathways.

LncRNA ADAMTS9-AS2 is a Prognostic Biomarker and Correlated with Immune Infiltrates in Lung Adenocarcinoma

Zhichao Lin et al.

Summary: In patients with LUAD, low expression of ADAMTS9-AS2 is associated with certain clinical characteristics and predicts poor overall survival. ADAMTS9-AS2 expression is independently correlated with overall survival in LUAD patients. High expression of ADAMTS9-AS2 is associated with enrichment of specific pathways and certain immune infiltrating cells. ADAMTS9-AS2 may serve as a potential biomarker for prognosis and response to immunotherapy in LUAD.

H3K27ac-induced lncRNA PAXIP1-AS1 promotes cell proliferation, migration, EMT and apoptosis in ovarian cancer by targeting miR-6744-5p/PCBP2 axis

Yimin Ma et al.

Summary: PAXIP1-AS1, activated by H3K27ac, functions as a tumor promoter in ovarian cancer by mediating the miR-6744-5p/PCBP2 axis to regulate cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, and EMT.
