In this study, reactive powder concrete (RPC) was used as the concrete for rigid pavement. In the production of RPC, one of the materials that increases the cost is cement. In the study, in order to decrease the amount of cement in the RPC mixture, the usability of ignimbrite powder as binder along with cement was investigated. Ahlat stone powder (ASP) was used as ignimbrite powder. Cement, ASP and lime were used as binders in the production of RPC, and this newly formed type of concrete was called reactive powder concrete with Ahlat stone powder (RPC-ASP). By changing the amounts of cement, ASP and lime - used as binder in the production of RPC-ASP - 20 different mixture types were determined. As a result of the study, the maximum compressive strength of RPC-ASP was found to be 124.99MPa, and its flexural strength was found to be 9.18MPa.
