Summary: The impact of collaboration between local health care and non-health care organizations on health and health equity remains unclear. While some studies identify factors associated with better or worse collaboration, data linking these factors to outcomes is sparse. Further research is needed to determine which types of collaborations work in different contexts to improve population health.
