Accuracy of photogrammetric imaging versus conventional impressions for complete arch implant-supported fixed dental prostheses: A comparative clinical study

Summary: This clinical study evaluated the accuracy of photogrammetric imaging for complete arch implant-supported prostheses. The results showed that the distance deviations were within a clinically acceptable range and increased with greater interimplant distances. Interimplant angulations and jaw type did not significantly affect the accuracy of photogrammetric imaging.

Telediagnosis of dental caries: Possible or impossible? A pilot cross-sectional study

Summary: This study evaluated the effectiveness of teledentistry in detecting dental caries and compared it to clinical examination. The results showed that telediagnosis had high sensitivity, specificity, and predictive value, and a strong correlation with clinical diagnosis.
