Thinking more wisely: using the Socratic method to develop critical thinking skills amongst healthcare students

Summary: This study aims to develop students' critical thinking skills using the Socratic learning model. Clarity and logic were identified as key elements in facilitating the development of critical thinking skills. The study also found that Socratic questioning through learning sheets effectively encouraged students to develop critical thinking skills in all dimensions. The study highlights the heterogeneous learning patterns and progress trajectories within classes for clarity and logic dimensions.
