Efficient Multi-View Clustering via Unified and Discrete Bipartite Graph Learning

Si-Guo Fang et al.

Summary: This article proposes an efficient multi-view clustering method based on unified and discrete bipartite graph learning. It incorporates anchor-based subspace learning with view-specific bipartite graphs, upon which bipartite graph fusion is leveraged to learn view-consensus bipartite graph with adaptive weight learning, and imposes Laplacian rank constraint to ensure discrete cluster structures in the fused bipartite graph. By formulating view-specific bipartite graph learning, view-consensus bipartite graph learning, and discrete cluster structure learning into a unified objective function, an efficient minimization algorithm is designed to achieve a discrete clustering solution.

Sparse reconstruction with spatial structures to automatically determine neighbors

Wenhao Yu et al.

Summary: This study proposes a novel approach that combines spatial and non-spatial information to automatically determine neighbors strongly related to the object of interest. By implementing adaptive search radii methods and sparse reconstruction technique, the method aims to remove trivial relationships in the dataset while assuring principles in spatial data. Extensive experiments show that this approach utilizes both spatial and non-spatial information effectively compared to a simple addition of them.

Consensus Graph Learning for Multi-View Clustering

Zhenglai Li et al.

Summary: This novel multi-view clustering method constructs an essential similarity graph in a spectral embedding space, addressing the issue of noise and redundancy from learning similarity graph directly from original features. By imposing a weighted tensor nuclear norm constraint, it captures high-order consistent information and effectively handles clustering of multi-view datasets.

Multi-View Graph Learning by Joint Modeling of Consistency and Inconsistency

Youwei Liang et al.

Summary: This article introduces a new framework for multi-view graph learning, which models the consistency and inconsistency of multiple views in a unified objective function. It effectively handles low-quality or noisy datasets by designing an efficient optimization algorithm that can obtain an approximate solution in linear time complexity. Experimental results demonstrate the robustness and efficiency of the proposed approach.
