Summary: This study examines the factors influencing university lecturers' adoption of the Moodle platform during the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings indicate that performance expectations significantly influence behavioral intent, while effort expectancy, social effect, and facilitative factors do not. Facilitating conditions have a direct and significant impact on the actual use of Moodle. Additionally, learning demands and perceived time pressure also play a significant role in influencing the actual use of Moodle.

The role of error risk taking and perceived organizational innovation climate in the relationship between perceived psychological safety and innovative work behavior: A moderated mediation model

Summary: This study investigates the relationship between perceived psychological safety and individual-level innovative work behavior (IWB) in organizations, as well as the role of error risk taking and perceived organizational innovation climate. The results support the hypothesized model, indicating that perceived psychological safety has a positive impact on IWB, error risk taking mediates the relationship between perceived psychological safety and IWB, and perceived organizational innovation climate strengthens the link between error risk taking and IWB, as well as the mediated relationship between perceived psychological safety and IWB via error risk taking. The implications for theory and practice are discussed.
